Remember this number…
One terawatt.
One terawatt is the equivalent of 1 million megawatts.
It is enough to power 750 million U.S. homes and represents about 71% of the total utility-scale electricity-generating capacity in the U.S.
Now, why am I talking about all of this today?
Why am I so focused on “1 terawatt?”
Well, the latest Wood Mackenzie report indicates that by the end of this year, the global wind energy market will pass the 1 terawatt threshold for installed capacity.
This is a very big deal…
But the devil is in the details.
While the thought of 1 terawatt’s worth of wind-generated electricity connected to the grid is appealing for those seeking to integrate more clean energy into the global energy economy, there’s always that one inconvenient truth…
Wind is an intermittent resource and cannot be relied upon for a steady flow of uninterrupted electricity 24/7.
If it could, wind power would overtake coal, nuclear, and natural gas within 10 years.
But there is a caveat here.
There is actually a way for wind power to provide a steady supply of uninterrupted power by utilizing what’s known as the "Newton Battery."
The "Newton Battery" is a breakthrough in energy storage design, and, when paired with a wind farm, can actually allow for a steady flow of wind-generated electricity to the grid. Our analysts have traveled the world over, dedicated to finding the best and most profitable investments in the global energy markets. Essentially, the "Newton Battery" can turn any intermittent resource, such as wind or solar, into a continuous resource. And given the fact that solar and wind power are far cheaper to develop and deploy compared with coal, natural gas, and nuclear, this is a game-changer of epic proportions.
It allows for the final obstacle of renewable energy integration to be overcome — intermittency.
Couple that with a global push to transition away from fossil fuels, and you’re looking at one of the greatest investment opportunities of a lifetime.
Because there’s only company producing the "Newton Battery," and it already has the first one operational in Switzerland and another being built right now in Saudi Arabia.
That second one, by the way, is being used alongside a solar farm to power 4.5 million homes, which is pretty remarkable when you consider there are only about 6 million occupied residential houses in Saudi Arabia.
The company behind the "Newton Battery" is already in bed with the world’s biggest players in the energy game, including General Electric (NYSE: GE), Dominion Energy (NYSE: D), and Canadian Solar (NASDAQ: CSIQ), and it’s already inked more than $32 billion worth of contracts over the next five years.
Bottom line: This company is going to allow wind and solar to become the dominant sources of electricity generation across the globe within the next 10 years, and, unless you hate money, you should definitely get a piece of this action now.
That's why I’m sharing this short presentation that will show you how the technology works, the contracts the company already has in place, and instructions on how you can grab some shares for yourself right now.
